A Structured Five-Step Process

Every project follows a structured five-step process — so you always know where your project stands.

1. 01

   Consultation & Site Analysis

   We meet to understand your requirements and study the site — its levels, access, soil and surroundings. This defines the scope, constraints and feasibility before any drawing begins.

2. 02

   Planning & Design Approval

   We prepare layout and design options along with the drawings needed for statutory approval, then liaise with the relevant authorities to obtain sanction.

3. 03

   Structural & Working Drawings

   Detailed structural and coordinated working drawings for civil, electrical and plumbing works are prepared, along with estimation, ready for execution on site.

4. 04

   Project Execution & Management

   During construction we coordinate contractors, drawings and the schedule, and check that work on site follows the approved design and specifications.

5. 05

   Final Inspection & Handover

   We carry out a final inspection against the drawings and specifications, resolve any snags, and hand over the completed project with the relevant documentation.
